Activity Booklet and Posters     //     Products for Print and Web

I wanted to volunteer with my hometown museum so I offered graphic design services via long distance. My primary project entailed making a museum artifact scavenger hunt but first I wanted to create a visual identity guide. I provided a few logo options as well, which are showcased on the letterhead.

The scavenger hunt exercise book that the museum had previously used was quite dated and had been photocopied so many times that it was virtually unreadable. I spent a weekend photographing the many objects in the museum and created a whole new activity booklet. The book was made to be printed in black and white, in order to save on printing costs, and included photographs of objects inside the museum, along with questions I composed that may be answered by elementary students of various ages and a crossword puzzle.

I was also asked to make a few posters promoting the museum’s tours as well as a “volunteers needed” poster to post on their Facebook page.
