Orange Shirt Day     //     Product for Print on Shirt

September 30th is “Orange Shirt Day” and a day in 2017 that First Peoples’ House raised awareness for residential school survivors and students affected by intergenerational trauma. As this is a very important issue for First Peoples’ House staff and students, I was asked to recreate one of Jerry Whitehead’s painted drums in Illustrator in order to put the image on a t-shirt to fundraise for FNMI student specific programs. Here I have also provided the original image of the drum.
